Prospects of Islamic laws on abortion; is there any place of legitimization?

According to unofficial estimates it is seems that, some eighty thousands abortions are performed per year in the country of Iran. These Illegal operations cause hundreds of women death and disability. The statistics indicate the annual increase of illegal abortions in the country too. Numerous legal statements on abortion exist in the country’s set of laws but are not still helpful. In this article, the researcher investigates the resources of Islamic law and jurisprudence and country's legislating procedures to see whether there could be some opportunity to help legislators in achieving some kind of approval in this area.
